Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee. We work directly with smallholder farmers in the legendary regions of Yirgacheffe, Sidamo, and Guji — where altitude, soil, and tradition create some of the most expressive beans on earth.
Every lot is carefully selected, traceable to the farm, and roasted in small batches in New Jersey. We believe great coffee should be simple: exceptional origin, precise roast, and delivered fresh.
